Information SuperGrid Technology Inc. (ISGT) is dedicated to develop the world's most advanced high productivity computing system - the fifth generation Grid Supercomputer. Based on this 5th Generation Grid Supercomputer, ISGT will architect, build and operate the Information SuperGrid, to provide distributed, trusted, pervasive, cost-effective and shared information utility services in a secure manner.
The Information SuperGrid provides unprecedented information processing and storage capabilities to accelerate digitalization in healthcare and education which and others segments trustworthiness in terms of security and QoS are necessary elements of service requirements.
ISGT is a Delaware “C” Corporation. A 100% owned entity will be registered in CA to handle ISGT’s businesses. Other subsidiaries in other locations will be set up as needed. Several JVs (Joint Ventures) or business partnerships with key conent providers and other companies will be arranged as needed. In order to sell ISGT’s system in China, a minority owned entity of ISGT with Chinese entity as a major shareholder may be registered to serve the purpose.
